Technological Knowledge:

Tech Knowledge:




Ingredients:
  • ½  cup of packed of brown sugar
  • ¼  of sugar white sugar
  • ½ cup shortening
  • 1 eggs
  • 1st  teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1  cups candy-coated milk chocolate pieces (such as M&M’s)


Equipment:
  • Large bowl
  • ½ cup, ¾ cup
  • Tray
  • Wooden spoon
  • Measuring Teaspoons


Method:

  1. In a large bowl, mix sugar, eggs, shortening, and vanilla thoroughly. Add flour, salt, and baking soda to creamed mixture. Blend well. Add ¾ cup candies.
  2. Drop dough by teaspoonful onto a baking sheet. Slightly push a few candies on top of each dough ball with remaining candies.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 9 to minutes.




Terms:
Kneading - Work (moistened flour or clay) into the dough or paste with the hands. Make (bread or pottery) by kneading flour or clay.

Dough - A thick, malleable mixture of flour and liquid, used for baking into bread or pastry. 

Materials - The matter from which a thing is or can be made. 

Method - A particular procedure for accomplishing or approaching something, especially a systematic or established one.

Manipulation - The action of manipulating something in a skillful manner. 

Transformation - A marked a change in form, nature, or appearance.

Altered - Change in character or composition, typically in a comparatively small but significant way.

Mix - Combine or put together to form one substance or mass. 

Ingredients -  Any of the foods or substances that are combined to make a particular dish.

The alternative - Of one or more things available as another possibility or choice. Relating to activities that depart from or challenge traditional norms.


Yeast Beard/Rewena:

You will need:


  • 2 tablespoons Edmonds yeast
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3c warm water
  • 5c plain flour
  • Large bowl
  • Dish
  • Large jug
  • Butter
  • Baking paper
  • A fork

Steps:

  1. Preheat oven 150c bake.
  2. Combine yeast, sugar, warm water into a large jug and let sit for about 15 mins, watch for fluffy poofy agent tug.
  3. 5c plain flour in a bowl with a well. Add your warm water yeast jug, slowly to your flour.
  4. Slowly, combine water to make your dough.
  5. Empty dough onto the floured bench and knead.
  6. Grease dish for cooking baking.
  7. Knead into 2 circles place into a dish.
  8. Place in a hot water boiler cupboard for another 20 mins, Will have risen to the fill of your ovenproof dish.
  9. PLace in the oven for 45-50 mins or until golden brown, Cool until time to slice, No early or bread will be dough.

About Music:



In this video were doing and Rhythm drumming and we were doing and beat with the clapping and stomping too.



I am learning how to play the Guitar and we were learning how to do and D on the Guitar an a C too and we were learning how to play a song.


Music Project:


I am doing a music project and my one is going ok and it sometimes really hard to do and sometimes I need to ask for feedback and sometimes I do the same beat in the song that I am working on. And the project is coming ok and it's going well. And my project is drumming and I am using an African Bongo and it's really challenging to try and use different beats.
